Online Visitor Visa and eTA Application Processing Resumes

As of July 1st, 2020, IRCC will resume processing online applications for electronic travel authorisations and visitor visas, including transit visas, to the extent possible. IRCC also continues to process permanent residence applications and online study permit and work permit applications to the extent possible. Paper applications for visitor visas, study permits, and work permits are still not being processed.

All COVID-19-related travel restrictions and quarantine requirements continue to apply.
